Great place to live

I have lived here for about 2 months. I love it. The people are all so nice and the building is always kept up. I haven’t had to use maintaince which is a good sign but I do see people in the building doing whatever needs to be done. It’s super clean and every morning the elevators are washed out. I also love that energy month there is some type of event to get to know your neighbors. I can’t imagine living anywhere else

Beware of deposit

credit check 33 dollars non refundable, was not told that 369 dollars was also being deducted, and it will take 30 days to return money, received a check for 350 dollars, 53 dollar day to find out I have a glitch on credit report, so check score before you go or don't go

Cleanliness of property

Riverwalk apartments were beautiful and clean when we moved in. The place has turned into a dirty mess in 10 months. The turn over in management is unbelievable. They may be trying to make it better but it's only getting worse. The poor cleaning lady is trying to handle 2 huge buildings by herself. The parking garage has been filthy. Looks like garbage leakage that you drive through and walk through in the north building on the ground floor.

Hot tub and pool noise late Saturday night

Last night party in the pool and hot tub. Lasted til midnight. A few of the drink cans are still there. People with GLASS bottles and fully clothed in the hot tub. Drunk and very loud. Just not OK.

A little hidden paradise

First off, Emma and all the staff are awesome. Made the whole move in process super easy! The location is perfect and the many amenities just seem to be growing (for example the brewery that's moving in to the building!) I love the community feel and being a part of a city's downtown growth is great. Highly recommended!

My Lost Keys

Hello to all~~ last month as I was moving tubs of stuff out of the elevator on my floor, the keys to my apartment slipped off my finger..... into the crack on the floor of the elevator door. I just stood there staring at the crack thinking to myself, "that did not just happen!!!!!!!" Now, luckily the second set of keys was in my backpack, but I still could not believe the ridiculousness of what had just happened. This small crack swallowed up my keys as if it was a giant hole in the floor. The next day I was at the office on other business when I shared this story with the staff. To my astonishment, I was not the only person that had done this crazy thing?!? And more to my astonishment, the maintenance crew could retrieve the keys from the under the elevator. I now have new heroes!! Thank you so much to the crew for going to all the trouble of fishing out my keys from under the elevator. I now have giant stuffed animals attached to my key rings so they can never fall down the crack again should I drop them which hopefully I will not do because I zip them into my pocket the minute after I use them. Thanks again crew!!!

review

The quality of the appliances is terrible. For what we pay per month in rent and being advertised as upscale apartments they are not. We have ongoing problems with our washing machine to be told by the repair man I can not do small loads, also large loads make the machine go off balance???? He also told me to take my bathroom rugs to the car wash. The stove is so cheap they don't even have a self cleaning option??? The microwave is just a standard microwave. The floors must not have any insulation. It sounds like my upstairs neighbors are bowling or playing basketball. I can understand why these buildings are not filling up. Also the Direct TV, which is our only option is terrible it goes out in the wind, rain and snow.

Playing favorites with parking

This is the best place I ever lived although I'm very disappointed in them with the way they do their parking. They started out giving assigned spaces and then they quit so when you come in late at night you may or may not have a space that you pay for. They need to assign spaces to everybody or take a sign spaces away from everybody but playing favorites is not right

I love living here!

Out of all the apartments I've lived in since 1984 this is by far the best one of them all! Clean, quiet, and loads of extras!

New Resident Experience

We want to take a minute to say a special thank you to Kate for warm welcome she gave to us as we moved in this past week. Kate was so sweet and helpful throughout our move in day and called to check on us to make sure everything was going good. We love our new apartment and our new Castle Rock home away from home.
